Our story
About Alaska Strength
A local side business in Palmer — not a big-box brand. Just gear that makes sense for training through an Alaska winter.
Alaska Strength Co. started from a simple idea: when the roads are bad and the daylight disappears, the most reliable gym is the one at home. Gabriel runs this as a Palmer-based side business, sourcing equipment for people in the Mat-Su Valley and the Anchorage area who want a solid garage setup without the showroom runaround.
We’re small on purpose. That means you talk to a person, get straight answers about what’s available, and work out pickup or shipping when you’re ready — no online cart required.
The focus is square adjustable dumbbells and adjustable benches — both sold out right now, with more expected late January–early February 2027 (ETA, not a guarantee). Racks, barbells, and weight plates are planned for summer 2027. If custom colors matter for your space, ask — we’ll tell you what’s possible for your order.
